Zinc Primer

Zinc primer is designed for use on steel and aluminum where ultimate adhesion and corrosion resistance is desired. This is a chromate, lead and isocyanate-free product.
Mix one gallon of primer with one quart of R-6820 Self-Etching Reducer (4:1). Spray at 40 to 50 PSI. Once SPO-323 has flashed, any of Kirker’s undercoats or topcoats may be applied. One medium, wet coat is sufficient and no sanding is necessary.
